About Me One Star Two Star Three Star Special Lists My Top 8

It’s a damn shame you
can’t be a regular everywhere!

When I was little, I flew threw the Harry Potter books, doing my 3rd grade book report on The Goblet of Fire, because it was by far the most entertaining to me as a small child. My mom, however, was against me watching the movies, because she was worried that the concrete images of someone else's imagination would not only be much scarier than my own, but ruin the world I had already built up in my mind. When I first saw Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (my dad showed it to me by accident one weekend we were home alone together), I found the second point to be far scarier than the first: there were far too few trials to get to on the way to the Chamber, Draco was so much meaner and more manipulative, and Dumbledore was MUCH less round than I expected.

People often say a picture is worth a thousand words to signify the depth of information one can get from an illustration, but there is an inherent personalization that is lost when something is spelled out so precisely for you. I tried to craft this website with that in mind: focusing on using language to help you paint a vision of what an experience could look like for you! I highlighted these restaurants, because I have had incredible experiences at them, but am hoping that rather than telling you how much I enjoy them, it will convince you that they are a restaurant worthy of you creating an experience of your own.

I am so excited to share this with you, and as always, please reach out with any questions, comments, or recommendations!
